Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager at the law firm is responsible for leading digital marketing efforts and enhancing the digital presence of the firm. This position involves developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance client engagement. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including website, SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email marketing, and digital paid media.
- Collaborating with the content team to create, design, and optimize content on the firm's website using a CMS, including videos, blog posts, images, and integrating third-party platforms.
- Overseeing the firm's social media presence and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
- Planning and managing digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
- Setting and monitoring digital KPIs, evaluating performance against industry benchmarks, and adjusting strategies based on insights and trends.
- Analyzing and reporting on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including attorneys and the Client Growth and Marketing team, to develop effective digital content that aligns with and resonates with target audiences.
- Staying updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a law firm or professional services company.
- Proven experience in managing SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital paid media campaigns is essential.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms is necessary.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights are required.
- Excellent communication and project management skills are necessary.
Salary Information:
- For applicants in Chicago, the salary benchmark is between $150,000 - $175,000, commensurate with experience.
- The position is also bonus eligible.
