The candidate will also be responsible for researching and analyzing patentability issues and providing advice to clients on patentability, infringement, and validity issues.

## Patent Agent
Law Firm is seeking a Patent Agent with 2-3 years of patent prosecution experience. The ideal candidate should have a BS in computer science and coursework at graduate or undergraduate level in artificial intelligence, virtual reality, machine learning, natural language processing, blockchain, and/or bioinformatics. Advanced degree with a focus in artificial intelligence is preferred. Prior technical experience at an AI company or startup is helpful.
