Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate should have a positive attitude, be reliable, organized, detail-oriented, hardworking, and willing to work with a team of individuals. Duties: Handle a high volume Personal Injury case load from start to finish including the preparation of legal documents, client interaction / customer service, communicating with adjusters / defense counsel / other parties, preparing demand packages, and resolving liens at the end of a case. This position requires a great deal of customer service (via phone and in person), so please do not apply if are not comfortable with providing excellent customer service and meeting with clients. Proficient with Microsoft Office . Outlook, Word and Excel; Prior Personal Injury experience a plus.
