Experienced Paralegal The candidate will be a remote position, meaning that all applicants must have access to an independent work area and resources (computer, internet, etc.). Must be able to work during regular business hours. Preferred experience: Securities Transactions; Business Formation; M&A Transactions; Contract Law. Assist in the preparation of initial drafts and forms of legal documents ; Work with clients and attorneys through project cycles; Track legal checklists and due diligence projects; Prepare and coordinate submission of filings with state and federal agencies; Gather information from clients; Assist when needed in client engagement and compliance activitiesl Help manage internal firm and client files; Occasionally receive intake calls and emails.
