Law Firm Seeking Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer in Philadelphia, PA
Responsibilities:
Configure and manage on premise and cloud-based enterprise applications
Serve as subject matter expert for various enterprise legal applications
Contribute to zero-touch workstation build using Intune, MS Configuration Manager, and Group Policy
Develop and maintain application documentation and change control procedures
Participate in IT projects and system designs, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards
Research and recommend emerging technologies for improved performance and cost effectiveness
Create and execute test plans for performance, security, and recoverability
Provide 3rd level support for enterprise systems and software
Mentor and develop technical staff in new technologies and architectural concepts
Assist in upgrades, migrations, and break/fix as needed
Provide after-hours and on-call support for all systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years experience in information systems, including needs analysis, planning, design, implementation, and maintenance
5+ years experience in configuration management using enterprise tools for 1000+ users
Strong prioritization skills
Knowledge of Windows/Active Directory and Group Policy
Familiarity with PowerShell/Windows Scripting, Office Add-in architecture, Windows Services, and patch management
Experience with Microsoft SCCM, MECM, Intune, or similar tools for OS image and application management
Experience supporting enterprise application systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
