Responsibilities and Duties:

- Work under the supervision of Debt Finance attorneys in providing legal services to clients
- Assist with various tasks related to corporate representation and transactional matters
- Conduct legal and factual research using online sources and other resources
- Organize and maintain files and documents as requested
- Coordinate closings and post-closing aspects of transactions
- Liaise with corporate service providers for entity search requests
- Draft standard closing documents and prepare schedules and tables to agreements
- Perform searches and track filings under the Uniform Commercial Code
