Law Firm Seeks Client Acquisitions Coordinator in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Experience: At least 3+ years in intake, customer service, investigative research, or client-facing roles. Legal experience is preferred but not required.

What You Will Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients
- Manage full lead pipeline and follow up with potential clients
- Conduct background investigations on employers involved in potential claims
- Gather essential documents from potential clients to support their claims
- Prepare presentation-ready case packets for review by the litigation team
- Send retainer agreements to approved clients and guide them through the signing process
- Collaborate with leadership to improve tools and workflows for client acquisition
- Take ownership of responsibilities and work diligently and accurately

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in intake, customer service, investigative research, or client-facing roles
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Comfortable using Mac operating systems and CRM platforms
- Independent, proactive, and accountable
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
