Job Title: Accruals Associate Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
The Accruals Associate Analyst is tasked with supporting the Revenue Management team within the law firm's Accounting department. The primary responsibility involves the development and management of a consolidated accrual reporting process, as well as handling ongoing accrual reporting requests. These reports are essential for clients to monitor their legal expenditures and play a crucial role in client relationship management. Key responsibilities include:

- Creating standardized accruals reports by streamlining data gathering and preparation, utilizing technology to ensure professionalism and alignment with client requirements.
- Analyzing and reporting on information necessary for accrual reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinating with other revenue teams to ensure compliance with client agreements and accurate financial forecasting.
- Meeting regular deadlines for accruals reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis, as well as specific client-requested dates.
- Managing multiple reporting requests from different client audiences to reduce effort and improve efficiency.
- Providing excellent customer service to attorneys, clients, and other law firm personnel.
- Performing additional duties as assigned or as necessary.

Education and Experience Information:
To successfully perform the job duties, candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Between 0-2 years of work experience.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with other Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, OneNote, and Access.

Preferred:
- Experience with financial and/or operational data analysis.
- Previous experience working in a law firm or other professional services firm.
- Experience with Elite 3E software.

Salary Information:
Salaries for the Accruals Associate Analyst position vary depending on location and are influenced by several factors, including market conditions, skills, experience, and education of the candidate. For positions located in Illinois, the estimated salary range is $72,000 - $78,000. The compensation package may also include bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program.
