Job Description:

- Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Digital Workplace Engineer to join K&L Gates
- Responsible for managing services that impact users' experiences and engagement
- Focus on optimizing technology adoptions, usability, and overall satisfaction with IT endpoint services
- Design, implement, and manage digital workplace infrastructure for enhanced productivity and collaboration
- Deep understanding of modern workplace technologies, problem-solving abilities, and passion for continuous improvement
- Bridge gap between IT operations and user needs to ensure intuitive, accessible, and aligned technology solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver effective endpoint solutions
- Manage escalated technical issues and automate processes for streamlined Windows environment management
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards
- Develop, measure, and report on key metrics and KPI's
- Communicate technical information in a way that is understandable to both technical and non-technical employees
- Work closely with internal Firm customers to understand their needs and challenges
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital workplace and M365 developments
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives for enhanced digital workplace experience

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with background in desktop and end user endpoint engineering or similar role
- Proficient in automated workstation build methodologies, software packaging, and deployment systems
- Experience supporting multi-OS platforms (Windows, Mobile, Citrix, Virtual Machines)
- Strong knowledge of modern workplace technologies, including Office M365, Intune, Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, Citrix, VMWare, Virtual Desktops, Microsoft Teams, and other artificial intelligence tools
- Experience with Azure cloud platform
- Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Qualifications:

- Microsoft or M365 certifications
- Experience with Power Platform technology (Power BI, Microsoft Graph)
- Experience with Microsoft's Generative AI tools (Copilot, Custom Copilot, CoPilot Studio)

Salary Information:

- Compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors
- Competitive salary range of $108,000 to $202,000, with potential for bonuses and expense reimbursements
