Job Title: Legal Assistant/Intake Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide above and beyond customer support to clients
- Assist legal team, including attorneys and case managers, with administrative requests
- Assist with intake and screening of new cases, including printing and mailing letters
- Complete research and perform screening of cases
- Perform miscellaneous tasks, including handling mail, emails, and voicemails
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in the management of copyright internship participants
