Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
The Litigation Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys throughout various stages of litigation. The primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing case files and evidence.
- Conducting legal research to gather relevant information that supports ongoing cases.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Managing case calendars, deadlines, and schedules to ensure documents are filed timely.
- Interviewing clients and witnesses to obtain necessary information for cases.
- Maintaining accurate records of case progress and communicating updates to attorneys.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Utilizing software, particularly PCLaw, for case management and documentation.
- Providing general support to attorneys as needed.
Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate for the Litigation Paralegal position should meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of litigation experience is required, with a preference for experience on the plaintiff side.
- Proven experience as a paralegal or a similar role within a legal environment.
- Familiarity with litigation processes and procedures.
- Strong administrative skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Experience in effectively interviewing clients and witnesses.
- Knowledge of personal injury law.
- Proficiency in using legal software tools such as PCLaw or similar applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is required, with a minimum of 3 years.
Salary Information:
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year. This is a full-time role with the following benefits:

Additional Information:
The position requires the ability to work an 8-hour shift and availability on weekends as needed. The candidate must be able to commute to or relocate to San Antonio, TX 78217 before starting work.
