Litigation Paralegal - Asbestos Personal Injury The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Asbestos Litigation docket (primarily NY but may include other jurisdictions) and will include preparing answers to interrogatories, filings (including Summons and Complaints, Motions, NOIs, etc.), preparing items to send to experts, drafting and sending correspondence to clients and opposing counsel, among other litigation paralegal duties. Should preferably have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of prior experience. Experience of 1 year in Microsoft Office and Asbestos Litigation is required. Must be an experienced Asbestos Litigation paralegal - preferably with experience handling NYC Asbestos cases. It is essential to have prior experience working on Asbestos cases. While Plaintiff's asbestos work is preferred, having only Defense asbestos experience will also be considered.
