Job Responsibilities:
The Paralegal I at the law firm plays a crucial role in supporting the management of deals and projects, particularly in coordinating the finance-related workflow. The responsibilities associated with this position include:

- Performing work efficiently and cost-effectively to enable the law firm to collect reasonable fees for services rendered.
- Meeting a billable hours target of 1,400, unless specified otherwise.
- Assisting attorneys with closings by preparing and finalizing transactional and legal documents, creating closing binders, updating closing checklists, tracking status updates, and following up on post-closing items under attorney supervision.
- Organizing, reviewing, and maintaining documents and files related to finance transactions.
- Creating and maintaining a master list of deals, client-related information, and other highly sensitive, confidential information.
- Participating in client and strategy-related calls, maintaining meeting minutes, and partnering with internal resources and third-party vendors as needed.
- Coordinating with other departments within the law firm to develop efficient procedures and communications that streamline processes and satisfy departmental needs.
- Working overtime as required and handling additional related projects as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred for candidates applying for the Paralegal I position.
- At least one year of relevant experience is preferred.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Paralegal I position at the law firm is expected to be between $51,700 and $64,400 annually. The actual pay may vary based on experience or other relevant factors. In addition to the salary, employees have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on individual contribution and firm profitability.
