Bankruptcy Paralegal - Bankruptcy Specialist The candidate will do preparation of bankruptcy documents, filing on Pacer, maintaining client files, general case management, and answering telephones. Should have 2+ years of experience filing bankruptcies. Experience in bankruptcy filings and handling bankruptcy cases from start to finish is preferred. Experience in probate law or family law would be a plus. Must be computer proficient and have professional writing skills. Prior experience with Pacer required. Prior experience with Alacourt and Alafile preferred.
