Traditional Labor Law Associate - Orange County, CA:
Full-time, hybrid position with a top-ranked national law firm
Competitive salary range of $216,500 - $233,500 based on experience and other factors
JD from ABA accredited law school and 4-6 years of experience in litigation or advice work as an attorney required
Strong understanding of traditional labor relations and federal and California workplace laws preferred

Responsibilities:
Represent employers in traditional labor matters, including handling unfair labor practice charges and NLRB elections
Provide legal advice to employers regarding union organizing, collective bargaining, and other labor issues
Advise employers on federal and California workplace laws, wage and hour issues, and disability accommodations
Review handbooks, policies, and forms for compliance with federal and state law
Conduct management training on labor relations, workplace issues, and harassment, discrimination, and retaliation
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
JD from ABA accredited law school and admission to the CA Bar required
4-6 years of experience in litigation or advice work as an attorney
Strong understanding of traditional labor relations and federal and California workplace laws preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills, and written and oral communication skills
May include regular business travel
