Job Title: Assistant Call Center Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of more than fifteen intake representatives who are on the front lines of engaging and signing clients in areas such as wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, workplace retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination.
- Create and manage work schedules for intake representatives to ensure efficient operation.
- Audit and monitor calls made by intake representatives to potential clients to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Assist in the process of signing up clients, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed correctly.
- Lead the training of new hires to ensure they are well-prepared to perform their duties effectively.
- Assist in the client referral process and procedure, ensuring that clients are directed to the appropriate services within the law firm.
- Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to the office, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Be available to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet client and operational demands.
Education and Experience Information:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required at a minimum.
- Management experience is required, with a preference for experience in a call center environment.
- Experience working with an entry-level workforce is necessary.
- Experience in sales is required, as the role involves engaging and signing clients.
- Experience working in a call center is essential to understand the dynamics and challenges of the environment.
- Charismatic and professional demeanor is necessary to lead and motivate the team.
- Experience working in a law firm setting is preferred, especially in areas related to personal injury or employment law.
- Experience with Salesforce or a legal CRM system is considered a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual ability is preferred but not required, as it can enhance communication with a diverse client base.
Salary Information:
- The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
