This is a remote role with occasional in-person collaboration, and candidates must currently live in California or be willing to relocate at their own expense. Role and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Lead the firm towards operational efficiency by balancing custom development, system integration, and user collaboration.
Build integrations with third-party services and develop APIs for external use.
Troubleshoot applications, conduct unit testing, and continuously improve platform performance.
Provide system administration support and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely solutions.
Implement best practices for coding standards, design, and optimization.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Salesforce Administrator and Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II).
Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, and SOSL.
Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other applications.
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and formulas.
Experience with complex project work and large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and Zoom.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
