Job Title: Spanish-speaking Legal Assistant/Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet clients, and provide stellar customer service.
- Conduct client intake and manage mailings.
- Maintain the court docket and scheduling.
- Assemble files and assist with tasks related to the growth of the business, such as putting together seminar materials and drafting blog posts.
- Perform tasks as assigned by attorneys and paralegals.
- This role requires the candidate to have a proactive approach, as "that isn't my job" is not a phrase used in the office. Teamwork is emphasized to lighten each other's loads.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates should have experience in managing reception and/or legal work.
- Fluency in Spanish is required for this role.
- Attention to detail and a passion for the legal field and client interaction are crucial.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this full-time position is $40,000 to $55,000 per year.
