Job Title: Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

The Operations Specialist II intake position at the law firm is responsible for a range of duties primarily focused on foreclosure, eviction, national foreclosure, and other default-related referrals. Key responsibilities include:

- Processing and setting up client referrals.
- Preparing all foreclosure FDCPA Letters.
- Engaging in data entry and data interpretation.
- Retrieving, uploading, and reviewing mortgage documents.
- Understanding judicial and non-judicial foreclosure setup requirements.
- Reviewing payment history of loans from servicers.
- Ordering Title Searches and monitoring their receipt.
- Reviewing and preparing Demand/Breach letters.
- Communicating with clients via email and client systems.
- Assisting with other duties and special projects as needed.

Education and Experience Information:

- A Bachelor's Degree is required in any field.
- Knowledge of Default/Foreclosure/Title is preferred.
- Experience with BKFS, Tempo, and Equator is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products is required.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
- Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
