Job Description

- Support case teams in all phases of litigation practice
- Manage details throughout every phase of trial, from investigations to pleadings to attendance
- Work in a collaborative team environment with strong attention to detail
- Conduct substantive research and analyze documents and materials
- Research rules of procedure for relevant court venues
- Coordinate preparation and filing of briefs and legal documents
- Manage trial and hearing preparation and support

Qualifications

- 8-10 years of experience in complex litigation cases
- High-level experience with litigation support applications
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
- Solid communication and management skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Flexibility for travel and overtime
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Technologies/Software

- MS Office proficiency including Excel and DMS management
- Intermediate experience with Relativity, TextMap, and Westlaw
- Electronic filing and Pacer Pro proficiency

Compensation

- Base salary range: $100,000 - $145,000
