Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for the heavy litigation desk supporting multiple attorneys. Will manage the litigation process for each of the files. Drafting legal documents such as motions and discovery. Working with medical records (summaries and chronologies). Scheduling Independent Medical Examinations and expert depositions. Should have ABA accreditation. Knowledge of Outlook and Aderant Total Office, or other law practice management software is needed. 5+ years of insurance defense experience is required.
