Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled e-Data Analyst to provide technical litigation support to our eDiscovery Paralegals, Attorneys, and Clients. This individual will be responsible for handling client data in accordance with proper chain of custody protocols and ensuring all media is tracked and stored correctly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support or as a litigation Paralegal, with expertise in creating and maintaining large databases and proficiency in litigation software such as Relativity, LiveNote, CaseNotebook, and Trial Director.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design databases and establish workflows for efficient document reviews and search and retrieval
- Generate reports and perform quality control on document productions
- Process electronic material in ecapture
- Provide assistance with litigation support software to legal teams
- Perform data loads into supported litigation systems
- Stay updated on changes in the litigation support software industry
- Maintain confidentiality on all matters
- Keep accurate time records
- Prepare materials for distribution
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or eDiscovery vendor environment
- Certifications or equivalent on-the-job experience with Relativity, LiveNote, CaseNotebook, and Trial Director
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical expertise in creating and maintaining large databases
- Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and accurately
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to quickly learn new litigation software
