Law firm **Members Only** is seeking a highly qualified senior associate to join its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Practice Group in either Washington, DC, Silicon Valley, or New York City offices.
Salary Information:
- Annual salary range of $365,000 to $390,000
- Eligible for discretionary or hours-based bonus
- Eligible for firm's fringe benefits
Job Title: Senior Associate - Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits
Experience: Significant experience in executive compensation and benefits related to M&A transactions
Responsibilities:
- Design and provide advice on all forms of equity compensation
- Well-versed in securities disclosure rules for executive compensation
- Comfortable handling multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Independently run deals with minimal partner supervision
Requirements:
- Law degree from ABA-accredited law school
- Member of the Bar in the United States
