Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on executive compensation and benefits matters
- Review and draft executive compensation and benefits agreements
- Conduct research and provide analysis on labor/employment and ERISA issues
- Collaborate with other attorneys and departments within the law firm
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits
- Familiarity with labor/employment and ERISA
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar
Salary Information:
- Anticipated Annual Base Salary Range: $250,000 to $345,000
- Actual Base Salary Offered: Dependent on qualifications and experience
