**Members Only** is a leading law firm with a national presence and a strong reputation in the legal industry. We are currently seeking an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits associate to join our team in either our Dallas or New York office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced attorney with a strong background in executive compensation and employee benefits matters to join our collaborative and highly-regarded national practice group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including qualified plans, equity plans, executive employment agreements, and compensation and benefit issues in connection with various transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, carve-out transactions, initial public offerings, and spin-offs
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including plan documents, agreements, and disclosure documents
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and implement effective strategies and solutions for complex executive compensation and employee benefits matters
- Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed and up-to-date legal advice to clients
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters, preferably in a large law firm setting
- Strong academic background with a . from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the state where the position is located
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary Information:
- For positions based in our New York office, the salary range is $235,000 to $310,000, depending on the candidate's experience
