Litigation Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing various pleadings and motions; assisting with case management; reviewing and addressing court and attorney correspondence; preparing cases for deposition and trial; working closely with clients and expert witnesses to prepare for deposition and trial; managing attorneys calendars; and providing additional support. Should have 3+ years of experience in litigation matters. Should demonstrate strong organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize projects and multitask. Must be a self-starter with the abilities to take direction, enhance cases, and run with projects from inception to completion.
