Modern Family Law is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in California. This is a remote position with occasional in-person collaboration and a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $135,000 annually. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, Salesforce Administrator and Developer Certification, and strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies. They will also have the ability to manage complex projects and large-scale Salesforce implementations, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator and Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II).
- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other applications (real-time, batch, sync/async).
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas.
- Experience with complex project work and handling large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and Zoom.
- Candidates who speak additional languages (., Spanish, Japanese, Cantonese, Tagalog) are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Compensation: $115,000 – $135,000 annually (California Only). The range presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary expected for this position. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and job-related factors.
