**Members Only**, a leading law firm with nearly 300 attorneys operating from offices in the Northeastern United States and Toronto, is looking to fill the role of an Employee Benefits & ERISA Partner. The ideal candidate will be able to practice independently in these areas and will be involved in the development and maintenance of client relationships. A portable and growing book of business is highly desired.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Representing sophisticated firm clients in all areas of employee benefits law
- Qualified retirement plan design and compliance
- Sponsor and fiduciary risk management
- Benefit plan documentation
- Health and welfare benefit plans
- ERISA claims and dispute resolution
- Governmental investigations and audits
- Affordable Care Act compliance

**Qualifications and Skills**

- . from an accredited law school
- Member of the New York Bar in good standing or eligible to waive in
- Portable and growing book of business is highly desired
- Ability to practice independently in employee benefits and ERISA
- Experience in employee benefits and ERISA
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

**Salary**

New York City salary range: $150,000 to $300,000
