**Members Only**, a leading law firm with a strong presence in the Northeastern United States and Toronto, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Employee Benefits and ERISA Partner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits law and the ability to handle a wide range of complex cases for sophisticated clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $300,000, plus variable compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent sophisticated firm clients in all areas of employee benefits law
- Design and ensure compliance of qualified retirement plans
- Manage sponsor and fiduciary risk
- Prepare and review benefit plan documentation
- Handle health and welfare benefit plans
- Resolve ERISA claims and disputes
- Assist with governmental investigations and audits
- Ensure compliance with the Affordable Care Act
- Develop and maintain client relationships

Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in employee benefits law
- Strong knowledge of qualified retirement plans, sponsor and fiduciary risk management, and ERISA claims and disputes
- Experience with health and welfare benefit plans and Affordable Care Act compliance
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
