Job Title: Administrative Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
The Administrative Paralegal at the law firm is responsible for providing billable paralegal support services to the Whistleblower, Securities, and Antitrust practice groups, along with general non-billable administrative tasks that support the office's ongoing needs. Key duties include:
- Document review
- Interviewing potential clients and witnesses, preparing summaries of such interviews
- Conducting factual research
- Docket retrieval and review
- Performing light legal research
- Document production
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Preparing expense reports
- Maintaining databases
- Editing documents and preparing presentations
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Administrative Paralegal position are required to have a . While prior paralegal experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is also preferred. The candidate must be available to work overtime as needed.
Salary Information:
The expected hourly rate for the Administrative Paralegal position is between and , excluding bonuses. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors. The position is full-time, with a 35-hour work week, typically from Monday through Friday, 9:00 . to 5:00 ., and offers a hybrid work schedule with up to three remote days per week.
