Job Title: Intelligence Automation Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team responsible for technology evaluation and implementation, robotic process automation (RPA) development, and artificial intelligence (AI) product development.
- Collaborate with user experience and service design teams to ensure user-centric solutions by incorporating feedback.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to encourage high adoption of AI and automation initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of legal technology solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI solutions by analyzing workflows with stakeholders and business partners to discover areas for efficiency gains.
- Direct the development and implementation of RPA workflows to streamline document processing, compliance checks, and administrative tasks.
- Manage the AI and automation product lifecycle with external development partners, ensuring alignment on product goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Supervise and mentor AI and automation intelligence (A&AI) analysts to cultivate a high-performing innovation team.
- Lead cross-functional project teams in iterative solution development (Agile/Scrum), ensuring rapid prototyping, testing, and refinement of new automation and AI solutions.
- Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide professional development opportunities.
- Cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.
- In partnership with the Director, develop and execute a strategic roadmap for legal technology adoption, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices to maintain organizational competitiveness.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field (Legal or IT background preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in knowledge management, legal technology, project management, or similar roles.
- Expertise in legal technology platforms, automation tools (., UiPath, Power Automate), and AI applications preferred.
- Strong background in legal technology, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Proven ability to work with cross-departmental stakeholders (IT, Legal, and Business teams).
- Expertise in evaluating and implementing legal software (., contract lifecycle management, clause comparison, workflow automation).
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and software evaluation.
- Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and engage with legal professionals with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Familiarity with cloud-based legal software and workflow automation tools.
- Able to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to change and balancing competing demands.
- Technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project; experience with design and product management tools (., Figma, Miro, Asana, Jira, Confluence) a plus.

Salary Information:
- For positions in New York, NY, the salary range is $124, - $198,.
- For positions in Washington, DC, the salary range is $114, - $198,.
- The base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on factors such as prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
- The final salary or hourly wage may be outside of this range based on individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be part of the total compensation package, which may include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
