Law Firm Seeks Experienced Paralegal for Employment and Labor Law Cases in Chicago, IL

Salary Range: $82,000 - $95,000 (Based on Experience and Other Factors)

Responsibilities:
- Assist with drafting and preparation of legal documents
- Analyze and organize case documents and data
- Prepare deposition and record subpoenas
- Conduct legal research and cite-checking
- Liaise with courts, opposing counsel, and litigation vendors
- Maintain billable requirements and address client inquiries
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and initiative with case assignments

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Proficiency in Windows environment and document management software
- Knowledge of trial preparation and software
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree and ABA Paralegal Certificate preferred
