Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with recruitment experience in a law firm or professional services environment? Fox Rothschild, a top law firm, is seeking a Legal Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Management Department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of lateral attorney recruitment and the summer associate program, as well as law student hiring. If you have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and two to four years of recruitment experience, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of lateral attorney hiring, including drafting job postings, tracking open positions, pre-screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating background checks and offer processes.
- Plan and attend social events and training programs for the summer associate program, coordinate orientation, and track work assignments and evaluations.
- Coordinate with law schools for law student hiring, including scheduling interview dates and pre-screening resumes.
- Maintain relationships with peers at competitive firms and assist with central databases to track new hire information.
- Communicate with outside vendors and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Two to four years of recruitment experience in a law firm or professional services environment, with event/marketing experience as a plus.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, viDesktop, and Flo Recruit preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously under strict time constraints.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel offsite as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary ranges vary by location and take into account experience, education, licensure/certifications, and market demands.
- Competitive salary ranges for this position include:
- Chicago, Denver: $70,000 - $80,000
- Minneapolis: $70,000 - $78,100
- New York City: $76,000 - $90,000
- Seattle, Washington, .: $71,500 - $85,200
