Foreclosure Sales Paralegal The candidate will prepare correspondence and pleadings for review by the attorney. Communicate with the client in the respective client system. Prepare for hearings. Calendar court and discovery deadlines. Demonstrate proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, and I-Manage. Demonstrate proficiency in document management and time entry systems. Demonstrate exceptional organizational and file management skills. Handle confidential client information in a professional and trustworthy manner. Remain flexible and manage changing priorities, including availability for overtime when needed. Must have 3-4 years of foreclosure experience. Experience in Prior Foreclosure Sales and experience with BKFS and Tempo is preferred. Should have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills; be detail-oriented; Exceptional oral and written communication skills; Excellent proofreading skills.
