Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft pleadings, summons, complaints, notices of filings, notices of motion, and supporting affidavits. Prepare draft court orders. Create and maintain pleadings indexes. E-file pleadings with the court. Calendar hearing dates and filing deadlines. Organize case files. Draft interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions, and other discoveries. Client contact to develop responses and other requests. Create and maintain discovery indexes and privilege logs. Calendar discovery deadlines. Organize, review and analyze documents for production. Prepare deposition summaries. Organize and index exhibits, prepare trial binders, and manage voluminous files. Act as liaison between the trial team and third parties (witnesses, clients, vendors, experts, court personnel). Prepare and issue subpoenas. Prepare witness files. Manage scheduling and communication for depositions. Act as right-hand to attorneys including preparing and overseeing electronic exhibit presentation. Organize exhibits, documents, and evidence. Arrange for transport and set up of files and exhibits at court. Prepare and issue subpoenas. Assist in witness preparation. Act as liaison between clients, witnesses, experts, and the trial team. Should have 1+ years of MS Office experience. Must have the strong critical thinking, organizational, and communications skills, and strong MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook skills.
