Overview:

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic planning and initiatives
- Provide vision and leadership to MBD team
- Develop clear system for prioritizing marketing and BD efforts
- Identify, implement, and refine marketing strategies and tactics
- Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships

Business Development:
- Drive implementation of firm's MBD plan
- Lead industry group initiative to enhance cross-selling
- Develop and lead client retention and growth strategies
- Collaborate with firm leaders to create actionable BD plans
- Foster collaboration with other administrative departments
- Oversee preparation of client presentations, RFPs, and pitches
- Manage market research and competitive analysis
- Implement training programs for attorneys
- Support firmwide lateral integration efforts

Marketing and Branding:
- Create cohesive brand strategy
- Lead digital marketing strategy
- Oversee development and management of firm's website
- Lead content strategy for digital channels
- Oversee website performance analytics
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends
- Oversee execution of internal and external events

Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 10 years' experience in professional services and/or legal marketing
- Extensive experience leading a team of MBD professionals
- Strong executive presence
- Bachelor's degree required
