Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO & COO
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, including coordinating internal and external meetings and calls.
- Prepare meeting agendas and follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed.
- Draft and edit a variety of communications, including preparing presentations, speeches, emails, reports, and internal memos.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external correspondence, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including filing and document management, to support the smooth operation of executive functions.
Education and Experience Information:
- A is required for this position.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in a law firm or professional services setting.
- Candidates must possess excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism is required, given the sensitive nature of the role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams, is necessary for managing tasks effectively.
Salary Information:
- The compensation range for this position is between $90,000 - $100,000 USD.
- Full-time employees and part-time employees working over 30 hours per week are eligible for a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

- This position requires the individual to work in the office five days a week.
