Job Title: Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office efficiently.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring that all necessary stationery and materials (such as applications, pens, and forms) are readily available.
- Provide fundamental information to clients and visitors both in-person and via phone or email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries promptly.
- Maintain office security by following established safety procedures and controlling access to the office.
- Order front office supplies and manage an inventory of stock to ensure availability.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings as needed, coordinating with office personnel and department managers.
- Assist office personnel with various tasks at the front desk, including calendaring, and serve as a liaison with department managers.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience with case management software is considered a plus.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the legal field is required.
- The candidate should be resourceful and motivated to resolve issues whenever they arise.
- A customer service attitude is essential for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and CLIO is preferred.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $18-$20 per hour.
