Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine firmwide recruiting plans that align with business goals and staffing needs.
- Identify, engage, and source top candidates using diverse channels such as professional organizations, social media, job fairs, and networking events.
- Partner with key stakeholders to assess staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and identify required skill sets for current and future roles.
- Assist in crafting tailored interview questions, schedule interviews, and coordinate with Partners, Directors, and Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to post jobs, screen resumes, track candidates, and ensure a streamlined hiring process.
- Communicate job offers, manage salary discussions, and coordinate new hire logistics, ensuring a seamless transition for incoming talent.
- Work with leadership to identify growth opportunities for existing employees and communicate career progression pathways.
- Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system, generate recruitment reports, and provide support for HR initiatives, audits, and projects as needed.
Education and Experience Information:
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the legal industry or legal support roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools.
- Ability to approach recruitment with a strategic mindset, balancing company needs with a candidate-centric approach.
- Strong conflict resolution abilities and a solutions-oriented approach.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a high-energy environment.
- High level of personal and professional integrity, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices.
Salary Information:
- $75,000 per year
