Foreclosure Paralegal The candidate will review drafting complaints and amended complaints in the case management system related to Florida Foreclosure. Correspond with clients regarding the status of any approvals or denials. Draft and upload complaints and amended complaints. Work closely with attorneys to resolve impediments. Professionally communicate with clients via email, telephone, and various client systems to obtain information necessary to meet foreclosure requirements and timelines.

The candidate should have an Associate's degree. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have at least 1 year of foreclosure experience or a Bachelor's degree. Prior experience in foreclosure processing client systems is preferred. Previous law firm or loan processing experience is also preferred. Proficiency with MS Office products is needed. Basic knowledge of MS Office (including Microsoft Excel) is preferred.
