Key Responsibilities:

- Effectively manage a case load of 75-100 personal injury cases
- Schedule hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations
- Coordinate client meetings and maintain accurate case notes
- Manage attorney calendars to ensure seamless case progression

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficient in personal injury law involving motor vehicle accidents
- Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years working in high volume personal injury case litigation

Physical Requirements:

- Office environment with normal business hours
- May need to occasionally move about the office and carry light weight

Salary Information:

- Actual salary may vary within the range of $85,000 based on individual factors
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage
