Job Description: The Real Estate Paralegal will provide organizational and practice specific assistance to attorneys in the Real Estate Department in all stages of real estate transactions from pre- to post-closing duties. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and work in an organized, efficient manner at any given time.

Responsibilities:
- Draft, manage, and organize various documents related to real estate transactions
- Attend closings and manage closing room
- Coordinate workflow and manage execution of closing documents
- Draft closing documents and prepare schedules and exhibits to agreements
- Assist with post-closing matters including mailings, closing binders, and transfer agreements
- Manage the preparation and filing of various documents, including amendments and closing documents
- Maintain timely and accurate timekeeping records

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technology
- Excellent client service skills and ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Willingness to work overtime when needed

Qualifications & Prior Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of real estate paralegal experience within a law firm
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA certified program preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
