Job Description:

- Defend Chubb-insured clients and boards of directors against a wide range of legal claims
- Handle directors and officers liability, employment liability, and housing discrimination matters
- Litigate before New York federal and state courts and administrative agencies
- Represent a diverse range of clients, including corporations, not-for-profit organizations, educational institutions, and more
- Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
- Provide written analysis and evaluation of legal issues and strategies to clients and insurers
- Demonstrate commitment to customer service, communication, and responsiveness

Qualifications:

- . degree from accredited law school
- Bar admission to New York State Courts and New York Federal Courts
- 15+ years of experience defending directors and officers, employment liability, housing discrimination, wage and hour, and ADA claims
- Extensive knowledge of current laws and procedures
- Strong oral and written advocacy skills
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with digital case management and communication technology
