Law Firm Seeking Experienced Paralegal for Employment Law Department

Responsibilities:

- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and affidavits
- Organize exhibits, documents, and evidence for litigation support
- Interface with administrative agencies and e-file court documents
- Draft discovery documents and coordinate depositions
- Communicate with clients and gather relevant information
- Liaise between attorneys and third parties, including co-counsel and the courts

Requirements:

- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2+ years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
- Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred
- General litigation experience, preferably in federal court
- Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, and court procedures
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
