Law Firm Seeking Trust and Estates Administrative Assistant in Boston, MA - $50,000-$60,000 per year

Position Summary:
- Immediate full-time opening for a Trusts and Estates Administrative Assistant
- Primarily supporting Boston attorneys, with potential to assist other partners and departments
- Ideal candidate has law office experience, is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage reception area, answer and route calls, greet guests
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare mailings and documents for attorneys and clients
- Create, edit, and proofread documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Assist with time entries, fees, and expenses for attorneys
- Provide backup assistance to partners and other staff
- Maintain office organization and supplies
- Respond to administrative requests from staff and attorneys
- Photocopy, scan, and save documents
- Coordinate with clients, external counsel, and vendors
- Facilitate Adobe Sign and DocuSign processes
- Assist with Trusts and Estates signings
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize work
- Team player with problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing responsibilities

Experience:
- 3 years of administrative experience preferred
- 2 years of law office experience required
