Responsibilities: - Advise the firm on employment law matters under . federal, state, and local laws. - Stay updated on legislative and regulatory changes affecting employment obligations and assist in creating policies, procedures, and trainings to ensure compliance. - Review and revise internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance. - Provide training to team members on various employment law topics. - Draft and negotiate employment-related documents, such as offer letters and separation agreements. - Assist with pre-litigation employment matters, such as demand letters and administrative charges. - Perform other duties as assigned by firm leadership.
