As a litigation paralegal at Morgan & Morgan, you will play a vital role in supporting our lead attorneys and legal assistants in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits
- E-file court documents in state and federal court
- Communicate with clients, courts, counsel, and other parties involved in a case
- Conduct legal research and factual investigations
- Prepare discovery documents, such as interrogatories and responses
- Draft and serve summons
- Coordinate and summarize depositions
- Assist in the preparation of trial binders and exhibits
- Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
- Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
- Assist attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
- Gather relevant information from various sources
- Liaise between trial teams and internal and external third parties
- Help with witness preparation and case settlements

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience
- Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
- Experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, premises liability, medical malpractice, or other injury-related practice areas (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal or working in a legal services role under an attorney or lawyer
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail
