Job Description:
Truist is currently seeking an ERISA Administrative Specialist to join their team in 4 locations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of administrative and compliance services for employee benefit plans subject to the requirements of ERISA and other applicable regulations. This is a remote opportunity, allowing for a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely, quality, and accurate delivery of ERISA and employee benefits related administrative compliance services for clients
- Complete Wrap documents, Section 125 Plans, SPDs, Amendments, and Summaries of Material Modification for welfare benefit plans
- Conduct employee benefit plan discrimination testing and communicate results to clients
- Assist clients with government filings, such as Form 5500 and Summary Annual Reports
- Utilize department procedures and project tracking systems to enhance client service and operational efficiencies
- Adhere to corporate compliance obligations, internal audit standards, data protection measures, and business continuity plans
- Provide participant communication materials and required notices for clients
- Stay updated on current events, legislations, and emerging regulations related to employee benefit plans
- Peer review client deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, legal, paralegal, or related field, or equivalent education and training
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft applications

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in ERISA Welfare Benefits Administration, employee benefits consulting, legal, or compliance services
- Prior management/supervisory experience
- Advanced degrees or related industry certifications and continuing education, such as CEBS, AHIP, or NAHU
