- Offer expert legal advice and guidance on labor and employment law issues
- Provide advice on various employment-related agreements, policies, and procedures
- Partner with Executive Director of People and Culture and support operational team members
- Foster strong relationships through clear communication and strategic guidance
- Conduct internal investigations and provide recommendations in response to employee complaints
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage litigation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training programs
- Represent the company in labor and employment-related disputes
- Conduct legal research and provide well-informed counsel to the business
- Ensure compliance for all people matters and provide support for visa services

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in employment law, general commercial and business litigation
- Experience handling basic to complex employment law matters on a multi-state basis
- Knowledge of various employment matters including employee handbooks, employment agreements, and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Licensed to practice law in state of residence
- Positive, collaborative attitude and ability to adapt to a growing company
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
