About the Labor and Employment Group:

- One of the largest in the Mid-Atlantic region
- Represents management in a variety of industries, including multi-national corporations, financial institutions, and non-profit organizations
- Handles employment law counseling and litigation, traditional labor relations, and more
- Provides a wide range of services to clients, including assistance with compliance and negotiation of labor contracts

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel to clients on employment-related matters, including discrimination, wage and hour, and employee relations
- Represent clients in employment litigation, including class-action lawsuits
- Assist with union avoidance campaigns and negotiations of labor contracts
- Handle general commercial litigation matters as needed

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in traditional labor relations and/or employment law
- Experience in employment litigation, class-action lawsuits, or other related areas a plus
- Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, NJ admission a plus
